Guess What? We’re cleaning up the whole Taconic State Parkway !
When cleaning up local roads, I noticed a concentration of litter around the exits on the Taconic State Parkway.
Cleared about 70 pounds from the Pudding Street Exit . . .
Filled two bags at the exit for 301 . . .
Going to clear another one today . . .
Originally I was thinking to create one event and have this roving band of misfits going from one end to the other cleaning litter all day . . .
Then a different vision began to crystalize . . . Setup an event for each exit, & ideally, people sign up for exits they’re willing to help EarthDawg, & clean it throughout the week.
That way, by the time the “clean-up” day arrives, the cleaning will have been completed, & we can instead spend the whole day partying somewhere & celebrating !!!
